Who We Are

Syracuse University has two sustainability entities on campus.  Sustainability Initiatives focuses on academics and research; infusing sustainability into the curriculum and applying our campus as a living laboratory which partners faculty, staff and students in the pursuit of sustainability. The Sustainability Management focuses on campus business and operations, while engaging in community outreach, education and awareness and advises students on class assignments and projects.

In addition to the two entities, the University also has a Campus Sustainability Committee. This committee is comprised of faculty, staff and students and meets twice a semester to review and discuss sustainable initiatives on campus.
