Celebrate Earth Day this year with a virtual cooking class that encourages you to help save the planet through your diet. Join Syracuse University Sustainability Coordinator and classically trained chef, Meg Lowe along with Public Health student and Sustainability Management intern, Claudia Cavanaugh as they walk you through a fun and easy recipe full of food waste reduction, the benefits of plant-based eating styles, kitchen essentials, and a ton of fun along the way. Sustainability Management will provide the ingredients for the Coconut Curry. The event will be held on April 20, 2021 (two days before Earth Day) at 6 p.m. Limited to the first 20 Syracuse University students who can participate. After completion of registration, you will receive an email with instructions to pick up your ingredients from 161 Farm Acre Rd.
